Welcome to RK Johnsons Risk Management and Consultancy Firm
RK Johnsons Risk Management and Consultancy Firm is a Rwanda-based consultancy specializing in health and safety training, emergency preparedness, fire outbreak risk management, and crisis response planning for institutions, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and high-risk infrastructure. With a team of experienced professionals bringing over 20 years of expertise in firefighting, emergency response, safety management, and training, we help organizations create safer workplaces, protect lives, safeguard assets, and ensure business continuity during emergencies.

RUTSINDA KABERUKA Johnson
Founder & Principle Consultant
Bringing Over 20 Years of Experience in Health, Safety and Crisis Management
With over 20 years of professional experience in health, safety and crisis management, Johnson has built a distinguished career helping organizations strengthen their emergency preparedness capabilities, protect lives, and safeguard valuable assets. His expertise spans fire prevention, firefighting operations, evacuation planning, crisis response coordination, risk assessment, and safety training. Throughout his career, he has served in safety leadership and emergency preparedness roles within some of Rwanda’s recognized hospitality establishments and institutions, where he was responsible for implementing safety standards, conducting risk assessments, managing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Johnson has received extensive training in firefighting, fire prevention, emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and disaster preparedness.
His practical experience in emergency response operations and staff training has enabled him to successfully train hundreds of employees, emergency response teams, and crisis management personnel across various sectors. Through RK Johnsons Risk Management and Consultancy Firm, Johnson also is a lawyer by education and experience and is committed to helping organizations develop proactive safety cultures and effective emergency response systems that reduce risks and enhance operational continuity.
